I will / will not attend the Bar-B-Q at HMS Excellent on completion of the football tournament.
N.B. A Cheque for £5 per person is to be made payable to “PFGA - BBQ”.
Children will be charged £2.50, cheques as above.
ENTRIES ARE TO BE RETURNED TO LPT ROB HALLAM , HMS EXCELLENT, WHALE ISLAND, PORTSMOUTH, PO2 8ER, (NO LATER THAN MON 21 JUL 08).
Prior knowledge of those wishing to eat will assist greatly in assessing the numbers required for catering.
