Saturday 17th March

1st Trainer's Dinner

Saturday 5th May

In 2006, the Army took on their traditional rivals the Royal Navy in a hard-fought rugby battle and dished out a pretty close 9 - 3 defeat.

In 2007, the two sides square up to each other again in what promises to be an even tougher match.

Can the Navy regain their pride or will the Army prove to be unbeatable once again?

Contact Pete Ruddock, and Book now for a great day out, and witness the grudge match of the year.

Message from "ET":

A big thank you to everyone who attended the AGM, Football and BBQ day last Saturday.

A total of £650 was raised on the day and a cheque will be sent the Rowans Hospice shortly. The day was a great success how does Pete Ruddock do it? Hissing down with rain, BBQs put out, and he still managed to come up with gourmet BBQ food; Dancing Dave Pepper was drafted from the QM2 to do the Disco and entertain the Kids, Crompers did the rounds with the raffle, and Lenny Armstong detailed his PT Quals Course to play, (it all reflects Lenny) but he did excuse the Female

member of the course to get her hair done.

& BBQ

I will say that is the first time teams have entered from Gay Temeraire! And finally a big thank you for the PT Staff at Whale Island i.e. 'Scouse' Barton and Rob Hallam who for the second year came up trumps by doing all the spade work for the football; 15 teams entered, which was won by the Navy Vets who beat the Qual's on Penalties; the Plate Final was won by Shiner's team, who beat Taff McGrath's team.

Finally next year it will revert to the last Saturday in July.
